Matia are three local chefs pursuing excellence in culinary expression. Beginning humbly as a pop up series in apartments and assorted converted dining rooms, Matia has evolved into a wide reaching collective that delivers unforgettable dining experiences characterized by their refined and locally procured flavors. We are thrilled to have them hosting the Random Howse for this weekend and we encourage you to experience their amazing food. They will also be providing bites and delectables for our Opening Night Party at the Orcas Center on Friday 10/7 at 5PM and the Late Night Short Film Awards event at Random Howse on Saturday 10/8 after the last films of the day.
